Accessibility at Strooply

We want every reseller to be able to use this site and our apps. Here is what we aim for, what we have done, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Our goal

The standard we work toward

Our target for strooply.com is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a goal we are working toward, not a claim that every page already meets it. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we expect to keep finding and fixing problems.

What we do

How we check the site

  • Every public page is checked by automated tests before release: page language and title, one main heading and a logical heading order, labels on every form field, text alternatives for images, and headers on data tables.
  • Our text and button colors are checked for contrast in the light, dark, and true-black themes.
  • Pages are designed to work with a keyboard as well as a mouse, with a visible outline on whatever has keyboard focus.
  • Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and the homepage has a Pause animations button.

Automated checks catch only part of what matters, so we also review pages by hand. We have not yet completed a full audit with screen reader users, and some problems may remain.

Known limits

Where we know there is more to do

  • On a narrow screen the wide tables in our Privacy Policy scroll sideways inside their own box instead of moving the whole page, which can be awkward to use. If our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service is hard to use, email us and we will send the text in a format that works for you.
  • The iOS and Android apps are reviewed separately from this website.
Tell us

Report an accessibility problem

If something on this site or in our apps is hard or impossible for you to use, please email zach@strooply.com with the subject line "Accessibility". It helps to include:

  • the page address, or the app screen, where you had trouble;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the browser, device, and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or magnifier.

You can also write to The Stroop LLC, PO Box 274, Selah, WA 98942.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you need information from the site in another format, we aim to provide it within 10 business days.
